See "Toner on back of page" on the page...different toner cartridge. Inspect the fuser at its entry for debris. If the lines are usually caused by the laser beam, which may be partially blocked. Check those settings. Vertical white lines may be defective. Toner smudges appear... be caught between the PC kit and the fuser. With the printer off , clear the path or clean the lens.
