Efficient but ineffective heating
This unit is very inexpensive to operate and quiet - however it is not powerful enough to heat effectively beyond -5C (23F).The installer recommended setting the thermostat at 28C (83F) to force the unit to produce more heat, even though we only want to comfortable 22C (72F). While this does help a bit, I get the impression it stresses the unit, and we still need to supplement with additional heat sources to be comfortable.
Fortunately we have a 10-year warranty with the installer, but we also paid $3700 (installed), whereas I now find it online at $2000 (without installation or service warranty).
Do your research, but I wish I had bought a Fujitsu instead, since they are almost as efficient and much more powerful based on my work colleagues experience.
