How Do I Get A Bill Corrected And My Uverse Email Reconnected?
I recently called to correct a bill. It took forever to get through to customer service. I was on the phone over an hour. I was assured that the problem had been corrected and my service was turned back on.(The person was very nice and helpful.) Now... my email access has apparently been cut off and... I receved another incorrect bill. I don't have time to keep solving this problem over and over again.
