How Can A Service Tech Call To Make App. When The Phone Service Has Been Out
i've had nothing but trouble since i had uverse installed. the tech did not leave a backup battery. i've called a number of times only to be put on hold and disconnected. i want uverse phone removede and my land line back. i put in a service call the week of 1/6/2014. there has been no responce.
