My Land Line Phones Are Not Working,but The Electric Lines Are Working..

e   electric lines working...no phone dial tones.  [email protected]

Did you access the internet from home?  If you did, you can go online to AT&T Uverse to try to resolve the problem. 
  • The AT&T U-verse Troubleshoot & Resolve site has been made easy for you to access and use.
  • Once you have accessed the Troubleshoot & Resolve site, simply select the service and the nature of the problem.
  • After brief system check, a recommended resolution will be displayed along with other important information regarding your service issue.

You can also call AT&T U-verse for Technical Support press # for live operator Mon-Sat or when prompted ask for TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Note that even the automated switchboard can run a diagnostic.

Don't forget to check the jack connections to make sure that they are not loose.
