There didn't seem to be a Parma, OH outage in the last week.

If you still do not have a dial tone after checking the jack connections, the power source, you can go online to have a diagnostic run on the line at AT&T U-verse.

The AT&T U-verse Troubleshoot & Resolve site has been made easy for you to access and use.

Once you have accessed the Troubleshoot & Resolve site,
simply select the service and the nature of the problem in the pop out window - one issue at a time, in this case: No Dial Tone
After brief system check, a recommended resolution will be displayed along with other important information regarding your service issue

If you have access to a cell phone or a neighbor's phone, you can call 1-800-288-2020 and ask for TECHNICAL SUPPORT when prompted by the automated switchboard - which, by the way, can also run a diagnostic.

Technical Support will get you to a live person.
