Changing Over To Uverse Land Line. Line Was Not Ported Over. Line Is Dead. Help

Not sure where your phone number was ported from but it is imperative that you do not discontinue service from your old phone servicer before the number has been effectively ported.
Contact both servicers to determine a solution. Call AT&T U-verse at 1-800-288-2020 and press # for a live person during business hours: Monday-Saturday 10:00am-8:00pm EST and they should review the necessary steps with you.
