In the upper right corner you will see Log In/Register. If you already have an online account, sign in with your email or your ATT phone number. If you do not have an account, you will register.
When you register you will select the service for which you want to register by again selecting Register below the appropriate service.
Once registered, you will be able to view your bill by selecting View billed usage.
At that point you can actually open My Paper Bill (PDF) which will allow you to both view and print your bill.
Should you want clarification, call AT&T U-verse during business hours 1-800-288-2020 and select billing from the automated menu. You will be able to speak to a person ultimately.
