I Signed Up For U-verse In Dec,2012. I Was Told My Monthly Bill Would $54.95 Aft

I signed up for U-verse in Dec. 2012. I was told my monthly bill would be $54.95 after my first bill,which would include the set up. I was told my bill would be $69.24 when I checked. today. I am upset that there is such a difference. Please explain my code is 1561
