Para resolver el problema con la Ricoh MP 2501SP donde todos los cambios de configuración están sin permisos, sigue estos pasos:

Acceder al Panel de Control:

Asegúrate de que la impresora esté encendida.

En el panel de control de la impresora, presiona el botón de "User Tools" o "Herramientas del Usuario".

Ingresar a la Configuración del Administrador:

Selecciona "System Settings" o "Configuraciones del Sistema".

Busca la opción de "Administrator Tools" o "Herramientas del Administrador".

Puede que te solicite una contraseña. La contraseña por defecto suele ser "admin" o "123456". Si no funciona, consulta el manual del usuario o contacta al administrador de la red.
