Screens Blue & Says No Signal!

If not, press the AT&T button again and hold the power button on the receiver until the other lights flash. Once the power is on for both TV and receiver, do you have a signal again? Do check you local channels.
If still no signal, call AT&T U-verse at 800-288-2020 for Tech Support which is available 24/7. Although you might have to wait, they can walk you through the reset process as well as run some online diagnostics.
The blue or black screen isn't that unusual for many of us.
