Why Am I Being Overbilled? 29.95 Internet 12 Mos, 44.00 Tv For 6 Mos

The only way to begin to get an answer is to call AT&T U-verse Billing Department during business hours.  Monday-Saturday between 10:00am-8:00pm EST.

Be prepared with copies of all billes in that time period.  And be prepared to receive a very confusing answer.

But yes, sometimes they do acknowledge an error and sometimes you can be credited.  Sometimes not.

Call 1-800-288-2020 wait for the prompt for Billing and once you have made your selection press # to reach a live operator.
