why does the power light on 2nd tv keep flashing?

Is the 2nd TV working?
Try resetting (soft reboot) the 2nd TV by pressing the AT&T buttone on the remote. It is the top left of the mode keys. It will flash red.
Next power off the TV and to power back on, use the power button on the receiver. Hold the button until the receiver lights stop flashing. Do you have a TV picture? Is the power button still flashing?
If so, call AT&T U-verse for Technical Support 24/7 at 1-800-288-2020. They will be glad to walk you through the soft reboot process, run a diagnostic and even explain the glitch (if there really is an explanation).
