Have No Picture On My Uversr

There are several explanations for your lack of picture but we don't have enough information to narrow things down.

The first thing to do is to check your power source. Is the TV plugged in?  How about the AT&T U-verse receiver?  Are there any lights on for either device?

Lets assume you have power, that the power strip isn't turned off.

Begin by depressing the AT&T button (red light should flash) in the top left corner of the remote. It's in the top row of mode buttons which flank the power button.

Next depress the power button on the receiver and hold it in until the receiver lights flash.  Make sure you have the TV powered on and check for a picture.

Next you can call AT&T U-verse Technical Support 24/7 by calling the U-verse automated switchboard at 800-288-2020 and indicating Technical Support when prompted.

Tech support can walk you through another soft reset and if no results, they can run diagnostics.

Consider also that the problem could actually be your TV and you might need to refer to that manual or the manufacturer's Tech Support.
