As I said, I spent 5 days to get this fixed. The original person (inside tech) said his diagnostics indicated an outside problem and so he left. A couple of hours later an outside tech showed up and messed with a box hanging from the cables in the alleyway. This cut off all Uverse, including 911. That was out for 20 hours. Since they got Uverse working again, they thought the problems were all solved. NOT! Finally got an appt for today. The tech saw that the connections were using Comcast stuff and when he changed it out, everthing worked. Our tvs were so bad, we couldn't watch them at all. Now, looking good. BTW, the 800 number you call sends you to a call center in the Phillipines. They had to call tech support in Dallas, and they were put on hold for over 20 minutes. Even though I live in Dallas, I was not allowed to contact anyone here. Uverse support is really awful. I talked to a supervisor in KY yesterday and he told me 5 days to fix this problem is not normal. However, it is MY normal.
You'll need to get an inside tech back to your house. Either its the connections or the box, so shouldn't take long to fix. Good luck (and I mean that).
