No Signal Uverse

I have had uverse for 3 months and the first few weeks it worked ok. I still had issues,the tv turned blue and no service came on screen.I also lose internet. I had to boot the modum the 2 minutes later it was on, but maybe only for 5 or 10 minutes. Service tech has been out 4 times and he says it loses signal before it gets to me.
