Trying To Rent A New Movie.
Tried to rent a new movie on Channel one. However it keeps prompting me to rent The Guard which we watched the other night. I finally had no choice but to pick rent The Guard again just to try get to another prompt. So now I am renting again and I want to watch something else. Please advise

When you run into a problem such as this, stop. Use the back key and get out. Then pick up the phone and call AT&T for tech support 1-800-288-2020. This kind of problem should not occur and it is possible that they are unaware of it.
After you've talked to Tech Support about the problem, if calling AT&T during regular business hours, ask to be transferred to billing, explain the issue and ask for a refund. Why should you pay for their glitch? Don't get angry - just explain your frustration and confusion.
