Uverse Connection

recently had my Uverse service shut off because I did'nt pay the bill. I paid the bill to get it turned back on. The phone come back on that morning, the internet come back on that evening, but noone at at&t cannot figure out how to get the tv service to come back on. The customer Reps. say there is nothing wrong and the service should be operating. The screen says Account Unavailable, quit client, client has been disabled. Technician has been out and tells us that they have a suspension on our account. Back to the Customer Support. They say there is nothing wrong too. They have done all the tests, reboots, and every other test they know. How can this issue be solved? We have talked to many people from at&t, and they are saying there must be a glitch in the system. I have read the reviews and rating, and this seems to be a serious problem with this service. Can anyone help?
