Log in to myAT&T.
Under Profile at the top of the page, select Account Information.
If you have an AT&T Access ID with multiple linked accounts, click the Select button and choose your wireless account.
Scroll down to Authorized Users - Retail Store.
Select Add New User.
Complete the information and select Save Changes.
