Can I Call In To Add An Authorized Person On My Account

  1. Log in to myAT&T. 
  2. Under Profile at the top of the page, select Account Information.
  3. If you have an AT&T Access ID with multiple linked accounts, click the Select button and choose your wireless account.
  4. Scroll down to Authorized Users - Retail Store.
  5. Select Add New User.
  6. Complete the information and select Save Changes.
