I Have Had Charges Deducted From My Gophone Account That I Did Not Authorize.

the past two months Ihave had charges deducted from my gophone account for some kind of mobile app that I did not authorize. Can I get these charges removed and money refunded to my account?

They don't operate 24/7 unfortunately, here are the working hours:

Mon.-Fri. 7 a.m.-10 p.m.
