Internet Dropped Constantly

When I try to go on Facebook play games anything I'm told I need Internet service which I have!! Are you rationing that service to your customers?? iPhones are not what you clam them to be!! VERY DISSATISFIED with your service and very annoyed!!!!!!!!!
