I Currently Have A Bold 9700 And It Will Not Give Me Voicemail Notification.

I have had a blackberry for 6 months and have had ATT replace the phone for the lack of voicemail notification three times and the problem persists. Is there a setting that can be changed to allow for the voicemail notification window to appear? would like to have a blackberry representative answer the question since to date ATT has been unable to resolve theissue.
