Poor Signal

I pay $194.00 a month for 2 phones for basically nothing, I have called & all i got was we are in the process of putting up a new tower but that does not do any good for me now i can't wait for the 2 yrs. to be up where i can switch providers. Like i said i only have these where i can call my son who lives with his mom. He keeps telling me i can't get a signal i might as well have 2 cans with a string. We both have iphones & if it's the phones i don't want to upgrade to another 2 yrs. of bad service if i could get another phone that doesn't cost that much i'd try that but i don't want to commit to another 2 yrs.
