My Phone Won't Unlock

receiving an error msg that my phone that states that too many passwords were entered, however not true im given this script to enter 'a1b2c3' ive entered that and it still remains locked

Hi there,

It sounds like you need to call customer service and get a PUK code.

Their number is:

800-331-0500

Hours of operation are:

Mon-Fri: 7am - 9pm MT
Sat: 9am - 6pm MT

You may also try taking the phone into your local store, but if you have another phone available it will be much faster to call.
