Hi. If it is a Network unlock, then you will most likely have to purchase an unlock code from sites like Sim-unlock.com. If it is just PIN locked and you cannot remember the it (the PIN), then you can just block it and then use it PUK (obtained from your carrier) to reset and setup a new PIN.
