Sinds The Update Last Week Of Kmeye4 The Program Is Not Working Ipad And Iphone

I update kmeye4 last week after this I dont get vieuws on my ipad and iphone . I installed the program again and now i get the massage "error message Beyond the max channel." Do you have a sillution for me.
