False Charge
i was charge on my visa 49.99 GB for nothing i am paying now 7.99 a month for avg tuneup but i never bough anathing yet so please give me back my money and explain why does appen such thing like this. tks pease advise.

You seem to be confusing us (an independent help site) with AVG. If you're not a paid subscriber, unfortunately, you can't get phone support. I suggest you write a certified letter to AVG--see the corporate contact information here: http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/avg/Corporate%20Office--and immediately file a dispute with your bank.
