Stuck On 'creating Account'?
I recently bought this computer and as I was setting up the computer (first time on) I entered some information and it said "creating account" with a loading circle next to it. An hour later I decided to click cancel and nothing happened. I've clicked cancel at least 20 times, it's been week over an hour since it started creating my account and I'm afraid my computer may be stuck on this step. Any suggestions? &how long does this step usually take?

Based on your description, there might be a problem with the Operating System. There might be some corrupted system files that prevents you from creating your user account. You can recover your computer by using the recovery disc or it is better to reinstall a fresh copy of Windows Operating System using its original installation CD/DVD. You can purchase original operating systems here:
