2009 Acura Tl Won't Move, Makes Grinding Noise Putting In Any Gear.

my 2009 acura tl was running great, went into a store came out, the car started like usual no problems until I went to put it in gear, making the most horrible sounds. Grinding like something is locking up. I changed the keyless remote battery, reset the transmission, tried in S mode. Nothing changed. Starts fine, fine in park then putting in any r n d s, all the same. When putting back in park is the loudest and doesn't won't to shut off. But does after pushing the button 3x.
