Lost Baggage
my son lost his baggage on Dec 21, 2010 on a flight from Amsterdam to Dublin. He had all of his clothes and medications in the bag and the suitcase was recently bought for $300. His reference # is DUBEI46044. We have been waiting patiently without hearing anything and are very concerned. Could you please tell me what to do.
