When Aetna Recoups A Payment From A Provider, What Information Is Given.
When Aetna pays a provider for member A, but also recoups from Member B, what information is given to the provider. The EOB for member A indicates the reduced check amount but does not indicated which member/claim is being recouped. We can not find anything on Navinet, and calling customer service is unsuccessful.
