Why Does It Take So Long To Talk To Customer Service?
I would like to get more information on my policy, but I do not have all day to hold the phone waiting on customer service.I would like to know why my claims do not show. I have already been to the doctor twice and had meds filled twice and it is not showing on my pageI would like to know if my deductible is going down.

Sorry for your problems. The basic answer to your question is that it's a (misguided, in my opinion) attempt to increase revenue by decreasing costs. For an extended answer take a look at http://www.get2human.com/faq.htm (first paragraph).
