How Come You Are Not Notified That Your Health Insurance Will Increase,

I Receieved A Promotion, When Looking At My Pay Statement I Was Not Notified Of Any Increase In Health Insurance/ 487.00 Is A Bit Much Too Pay In Health Insurance.
