Switching Rx Providers From Horizon To Aetna
I have just turned 65 and enrolled in Medicare and new to...my Aetna prescription drug plan. I would like to receive information on setting up a mail order home delivery service for my BLOOD Pressure maintenance medications similar to my former Horizon policy which used CVS/ Caremark. Please if you could assist me in whom to contact in this matter. Thank you! Ed Grace
