What are the procedures of handling complains and claims from offended passengers and those ones who lost their luggages , money , kids etc

You can file a complaint against your lost baggage online within 48 hours of the arrival of your flight, either through the site or the Air France app by filling out an Air France lost baggage claim form. You will be given a receipt to track the Air France baggage claim status.
