Voice Mail Greeting
I need to set up a voice mail greeting that callers will hear when they call and I don't answer. Example, Hello, you have reached my voice mail...

Voicemail Initialization for Alcatel Phones
1) Press the envelope key.
2) Press the soft key that corresponds with “voicemail” or “voice messages”.
3) Enter the temporary password. Press #.
4) Enter your new password. Press #.
5) Record your name. Press #.
6) Follow the automated prompts to select a greeting.
You will have the option to select a standard greeting or to record a personal greeting.
i) Press 1 to select a standard greeting.
ii) Press 2 to select a personal greeting.
You will then hear a tutorial of voicemail reminders. The recording will then tell you how many messages you have and instruct you how to listen to them.
Voicemail Initialization for ANALOG Phones
1. Dial 1800.
2. Enter the temporary password (your extension number). Press #.
3. Enter your new password. Press #.
4. Record your name. Press #.
5. Follow the automated prompts to select a greeting.
