I Need Help With Being Overcharged And Money Being Taken From My Bank Account An

I was overchaged on my bill several years ago and never was reimbursed and had a grave illness happen and just remembered about it and need to have this conflict resolved about your company overcharging my regular plan which was I believe 21.99 at the time a month for service or something to that figure. I never changed my plan and my bank account and bill changed by your company or website.
