Printing Freeze On Aol

I have anew computer with latest version of AOL.( The following was not a problem with old computer and earlier AOL version.) I have been on two web sites, one is the IRS and tried to print PDF forms. When I clicked the print icon, AOL froze. The other parts of my computer, such as word processing are fine. It is the freezing of AOL when click on PDF form to be printefd
