Web Pages Don't Load

it keeps saying dns error and welcome screen never load a box appear thats says connect or stay offline I have to hit connect for it to load

Try the following steps to fix DNS. Instructions follow the steps.

Release IP address.
Flush DNS.
Clear the ARP Cache.
Re-register DNS.
Renew IP address.

To complete the above task list, you need only copy the following commands (including the little space below the last line) and paste into a command prompt and press enter. To start a command prompt, HOLD the windows logo key(found next to the left Alt key) and press "R" . Type "cmd". Press "Enter".

ipconfig /flushdns

netsh interface ip delete arpcache

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /renew
