Where Are My Parents? I Need Help And I Have Been On Hold For Hours.

My parent were supose to be on flight 393 from Dallas to Denver. It said the flight was cancelled and I cannot get anyone on the phone to find out what flight my parents went on. Their names are Joseph and Irma Neuner. They are very old and they do not use cell phones. I need to know what flight so we can be at the airport to pick them up! Please let me know asap ty!
