Casket Transportation From Virginia(iad)to Texas(ccl)

I'm planning for funeral services in Texas for my MIL who lives ith us in Virginia. Want to know about your policy, how to reserve tickets since the date is not fixed but expect it in near future - matte of 2-3 weeks. What information, I'll need to provide, etc.
