Missing Items From Luggage
What is the process to report missing items from luggage? Luggage was sent to wrong state when I finally received it the lock had been cut and things are missing and camera had been taken out of case and memory card is missing the corner of camera is broken. please inform me what steps to take I can't get a live person to talk to on the phone.

There are time limitations on reporting damaged luggage. You really need to report the problem as soon as you receive the luggage. Here is some information from American's website on delayed and/or damaged luggage.

Baggage delayed longer than 5 days
