Refund

I was advised that the $2600 refund was "processed" on July 15. So far I have not seen it. And I am unable to talk to a live person

You should call 800-535-5225 to get in touch with thier billing department. Also, you shold check whether the refund was processed as 'cash-back' or a voucher for future service.
