Do You Offer A Courtesy Wheelchair For Someone That Does Not Have A Wheelchair

My cousin has trouble standing and walking any great distance due to medical problems but does not use a wheelchair at home. Would she be able to get a courtsey wheelchair and have travel assistance with your airline.
