If you can't find your online email confirmation, you can call American at 1-800-433-7300 and give them as much information as you know, such as your originating city and destination city, approximate time of day departure, and your American Airlines Advantage number if you have one. They may ask you questions for identification and security purposes. You can also go to www.aa.com & access any travel plans under your name if you have an American Airlines Advantage Profile, but if you don't, the easiest way is to call 800-433-7300.
