What Type Of Identification Is Needed To Fly For Minors.

My step-son is going to see his mother in Ohio. We are in Texas. He is 16 but does not have a driver's license.

If he is traveling with an adult, he does not need governemnt issued photo ID, but you may be required to prove his age (for instance, with a birth certificate). If he is by himself, he will need photo ID.
