Can I Change The Name Of The Ticket Holder Because He Passed Away Recently?

I had made a resevation for my uncle recently and he was supposed to fly out before august 2010. i just recently found out he passed away and wanted to know if i could change the name on the ticket instead of not using the ticket at all?
