How Do I Get A Receipt From Ticket Kiosk

My Travel Agent messed up and I had to pay an extra $185.00 at the ticketing kiosk. It failed to give me a receipt and I need one to be reinbursed

You can either contact customer care English 1-800-223-5436
Spanish 1-800-228-8356
Or you can speak to a airline associate at the counter and they can print out a copy.
