You have to go through a process of setting up your VPN. In general settings you will open the network settings. Configure a VPN by touching the VPN button. If you don't have a VPN configured, you'll see "Not Configured." When you touch the VPN button, you'll start creating a new connection. After selecting the Add VPN configuration, fill up the information page with this, In the Description field, type "PublicVPN L2TP" In the Server field, type "gateway.publicvpn.net" In the Account field, type your PublicVPN.com username In the Password field, type your PublicVPN.com password In the Secret field, type 'publicvpn.net' (without the quotes) Do make sure that "Send All Traffic" is "ON". Then touch "Save". Your setup process is complete.
