The Engine Has Seized Due To A Lack Of Lubrication.
Hello, as specified in the title.Can I get some help finding a engine manual in pdf format. The engine doesn't turn over with the electric starter. The owner probably haven't filled up the oil in years, the pan is dry as a bone hopefully the cylinders aren't scratched to death.
